today was a tired and busy day man... early morning do all the couse stuff for need week.. all last min job again.. lol... all mail come in late so we all are really busy some more got cos on man.. heng everyone is working and doing some job if not gg man.. ok la every still ok.. just hope tml is fine too arr..just now when for a run after work.. lol gg la leg pain really can't really run nowaday.. haiz... isit a good thing ot bad thing who know man. so still can't do anything just hope i will won't become fater lo.. do swim.. really help... hope so arr.. ok ..

yup no one will do the job if u did't tell them so plz.. a are u (L) so u shuld know what to do man... don't alway need ppl tell u wan to do can..if u don't help ur self no onw will help u ... u know.. just making ppl more n more sick on u.. so hope u know what u are wrong in way of doing thing and thinking of way .. one ppl can do all the job.. showing ppl how good u arr was just lyk a newpaper..showing ppl how well u can teacher or talk just and other face of u.. so think fast work fast and think what is the job u need to clean first then doing other stuff .. so what i trying to say was don't too over being urself .....
